Bookings can be made via our website, WhatsApp, or email. Payments are typically handled via Cash on Delivery or as otherwise agreed upon during the booking process. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.
We can accept Cash on delivery for any outstanding auction invoices, this would be a separate payment for any delivery (cards not accepted on deliveries
While the utmost care is taken in handling items, FetchIt24 does not carry liability insurance and therefore cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage in transit,We recommend that high-value items be independently insured.
- All items must be of manageable size and weight.
- Larger item collections or deliveries, as well as house and business clearances, are handled by a separate partner company.
- Any fragile or high-value items must be clearly declared at the time of booking.
- We reserve the right to refuse items that are unsafe, prohibited, or exceed transport limits.
- FetchIt24 is not responsible for pre-existing damage to auction items.
