FetchIt24 provides specialist collection and delivery services for auction items. By booking our services, you agree to provide accurate information regarding the items to be collected, the auction house details, and the delivery destination.
3. Booking and Payment
Bookings can be made via our website, WhatsApp, or email. Payments are typically handled via Cash on Delivery or as otherwise agreed upon during the booking process. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.
4. Item Handling and Insurance
While the utmost care is taken in handling items, FetchIt24 does not carry liability insurance and therefore cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage in transit,We recommend that high-value items be independently insured.
5. Cancellations
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule a collection. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the Site or our services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain.
